Hotel Ambassador Essen

On the second day, my trip was better in this hotel. There was a lady in the reception and she was kind and gave me a good room for me and my friend (two rooms, which are according to the rooms I booked in the first place). These two new room were not so cramped like the room which was given to me yesterday. They were slightly larger, just like the photos listed in the app. The breakfast was also good. But don’t expect things like air conditioner, dental kit or water bottles.

It's a horrible place, don't trust the hotel's photos. The "superior" double room is super small and looks like a cheap hotel in New Delhi. Moreover, the street outside is full of yells and shisha music all night, sometimes some drunkers fight and yell again, which makes yours sleep impossible. I had to leave earlier, it was absolutely unbearable to stay. Enjoy the photos of the stairs to your rooms.

For this price everything is very good. Central location, clean room, breakfast is ok too. People on reception friendly and proffesional. Area does not look very safe at night and someone tried to open door in my room late evening. Good that it was locked from inside.

Super clean place, well-located, breakfast is varied and good, the receptionist was such a kind guy. For its price, I find it absolutely perfect.
