Great service! Beautiful location, and conveniently located for anything you could wish to do from golfing to tours, and everything in-between including amazing shopping and phenomenal cuisine. Alejandra, guest experience ambassador is the best. Ask for her!

Went for lunch. Service was abysmal. No one knew what they were doing. We had to ask several times to get the wine and to order. Around 12 other diners there. Our simple lunch took 1 1/4 hours to arrive. We asked 4 different staff members where the food was with no success. When it did come, it was not what we ordered so we had to wait another 25 minutes. Calamari good, tacos awful. The place is nice, adults only really but god, the staff - complete disaster.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! It’s a luxurious hotel, perfectly located by the sea with an amazing view. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Although our luggage didn’t arrive on time, Irene from Guest Experience was simply amazing! She took personal care of us and helped us at every step throughout our stay. Her service went above and beyond expectations and made our vacation enjoyable and special despite the issue. Thank you so much for the warm and professional treatment! We would be happy to return and stay again in the future.

The Mett Hotel and all the staff were amazing! Everything was perfect🥰 The breakfast, the pool, smiling staff always ready to help, beach front all great. Miguel was always very helpful and courteous so, special thanks! I especially liked the pool and the yoga on the beach🤩
