Excellent stay! Everything was as listed, super clean as well.

Unfriendly office personnel, Towels and wash clothes worn out and ragged. Parking lot cluttered with trash. Breakfast cereals in opened boxes.

This property has changed owners and it’s effects show in the motels upkeep. Upon checking into room 24 we noticed the carpet is in terrible condition. The refrigerator sounded like a 5 fire alarm . The bathroom window wouldn’t lock. I notified a young gentleman working the desk he replied he would have to check with his manager. This was around 2.45pm on Thursday . We went out to visit Estes park for several hours when we arrived back to the room the refrigerator was up to its usual screeching sound I then called the office to find out what the manager decision was to rectify this situation. The gentlemen that answered the phone said he would come and see what he could do so he and another gentleman showed up who appeared to be the manager. He replied that all the rooms were full and it would be Friday morning before they could secure another fridge to switch it out. We left early to go into RMNP for the day it was late evening when we returned to yep you got it the same screaming refrigerator. So we spent money went and bought a cooler and ice and unplugged the fridge to have some peace and quite. I decided that the management and the employees could care less. Upon checking out I spoke to another gentleman and spoke to him about my displeasure of the services and the condition of the property . I’m not sure how or who could possibly rate this establishment a 9.0 but take my word for what it is this place is not a 9.0 more like a 4.0. So buyer beware.
