Beautiful location on the Fall River and very spacious. Would have given excellent but we are big coffee drinkers and the coffee maker was disgustingly dirty and cheap. Mind you there is no air conditioning either and we were there during a heat wave.

Beautiful setting, great location away from the busyness of “downtown”Estes Park, National,Park entrance is just 3 miles away on the same road, elk walking in the river. Very accommodating unit.

It was a magical place, we saw elk on the property. The river front was really nice to sit by and look out through the balcony. Overall was a great stay.

Great location, wonderful room!
This was my second stay at Woodlands on Fall River and it was wonderful. I stayed for three days with my two grandsons, and the room was perfect, as was the location.
