Если сравнивать с всеми среднестатистическими отелями поляны, то неплохо. Чисто, удобная кровать. Но ужасный завтрак, отель уже морально устал и требуется реновация. Очен чувствуеся запах каналиации из открытого окна

I stayed at Hotel Dolina 960 and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a very beautiful place, close to the mountains and ski lifts. It’s a good spot for walking and relaxing in nature. My room was clean and modern. The bed was soft, everything worked well, and the view from the window was amazing. The spa area was great. I liked the outdoor heated pool and the saunas. After a long day outside, it was very nice to relax there. Breakfast was tasty, with many options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help if I had questions. Only small problem was that the outdoor pool didn’t work one day, and it was a little cold in the room at night. But overall, it didn’t spoil the experience. It’s a great hotel if you want to enjoy the mountains with comfort. I would definitely stay there again.

We were visiting SPA in the evening on Saturday and it was cool! The water in the swimming pool was warm. We were eating tasty breakfast in the morning on Sunday. We were eating good lunch and had a birthday discount 15%. We want to visit it again!

Мы семьей уже в третий раз в данном отеле, что уже говорит о наших симпатиях к нему. Нашли отель Долина 960 по отзывам, поэтому решили написать свой наконец!! Все просто великолепно: начиная от ресепшн, заканчивая горничными!! Шикарные завтраки - шведский стол, где есть всё!! Лучшие номера в дизайнерском стиле! Особенно понравился для семьи из 4-х человек с двумя маленькими детьми номер Виста Кинг. Просторный номер с полноценным рабочим местом(муж работал в отпуске), огромная ванная комната с душевой и балконом, с видом на горы и бассейн. О бассейне отдельный разговор: спа зона с тремя саунами и крытым бассейном, открытый всесезонный бассейн с температурой *31-32 С градуса с видом на горы!! Особенно это было красиво в этом декабре, когда выпало много снега, и вершины гор в солнечную погоду выглядели великолепно!! По сравнению с другими отелями нас очень привлек сервис с самого начала нашего отдыха. На ресепш наш номер добавляют в индивидуальный чат в ватс ап, где сразу приходит вся информация о курорте и его возможностях. Также вас сразу спрашивают, хорошо ли вы устроились, и надо ли вам что-то принести!! Это ооочень удобно!! Приносят все!! Отел. Позиционирует себя, как 4-х звездочный, но он больше, чем 4 звезды однозначно!! Халаты, тапочки, то же самое детям - детские халаты и тапочки, в спа зоне выдают новые халаты в замен мокрым тут же, тапочки в бассейне непромокаемые выдают. В общем, спасибо этому армянину Товмасу Дорбияну, который является управляющим отеле. Все на высоте!! Мы вернемся сюда обязательно еще и еще раз!!

Были в Долине в апреле с подругами. Остались очень довольны. Чистые комфортные номера, исправная сантехника. Халаты, тапочки есть, белье в порядке. Завтраки изумительные, очень много всего и на любой вкус. Сырники, творог, сметана - всё очень вкусное! Вторые блюда, рыбка соленая, даже суп. Чай, кофе из аппарата, шампанское. Вежливый персонал и на ресепшен и официанты. Всем огромное спасибо! Спа-зона тоже порадовала, паровая комната, сауна, хамам, ну и конечно бассейн под открытым небом - это отдельный восторг! Потрясающие виды! Мы были в межсезонье, народу было немного, хотя к выходным прибавилось, но не критично, особенно, если на завтрак приходить пораньше. Вообще очень гордо, что и у нас в России сервис подтянулся за вполне адекватные деньги. Огромная благодарность всем сотрудникам отеля за организацию отдыха и готовность помочь в любых вопросах. Очень хотелось бы вернуться к вам.

Ноябрь 2024, была две ночи в отеле Долина 960. Идеально!!!! Вот просто всё, начиная с вежливого ресепшена заканчивая номерами и бассейном! Роскошно! Странно, что 4 звезды. Тянет вполне все пять! И по номерам, и по сервису, и ресторан, и вид, и конечно же бассейн!!!!
