В апартаментах Чудо останавливаемся не первый год, очень нравится это место! В квартирах чисто, белоснежное постельное и полотенца (для меня это самое главное), во время проживания ежедневно прибираются. Персонал всегда вежлив, администраторы постоянно на связи и помогают во всех вопросах. Привлекает эта уютная атмосфера, чувствуем себя здесь как дома и рекомендуем всем знакомым)))

Минус - недобропорядочность владельцев. Бронировали в начале августа 24 г. проживание на февраль-март 2025 года, общались по телефону, т.е. это было не автоматически , а именно через общение, внесли предоплату. Через какое-то время предоплату вернули, объяснив сложностями с администрацией и возможностью закрытия отеля. А в октябре повысили цены в 2 раза и открыли снова бронирование. Например, если сначала 2х местные апартаменты стоили 73 тысячи за 13 ночей. А теперь 140 тысяч. И заметьте, не у подъемника или на высоте какой либо, обычные квартирки, раньше в восторге были от этого жилья, были 4 г. назад, но то как ведут бизнес в Краснодарском крае прям вдохновил на этот отзыв. Люди аккуратнее, при бронировании даже за такую цену несете риск при заселении остаться без жилья! Вдруг спрос еще повысится, и номера перепродадут тем, кто сможет заплатить больше. Если уж брать подороже, то найдите и получше.

Хорошие, апартаменты , все новое, чистое . Мы брали двухуровневые с двумя спальнями. Расположение , немного в дали от центра ( остановка Мегафон, самое начало Эсто- Садка) Для спокойного отдыха!

Приятные свежие апартаменты. есть вся необходимая техника: небольшая плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина. Внутри очень чисто, ремонт свежий. матрас на кровати удобный, качественный. Есть сушилка для горнолыжного оборудования при входе, удобно. От остановки Мегафон идти 5 минут с горнолыжным оборудованием, также недалеко есть пятёрочка и неплохая столовая. большой плюс, что расположены на второй линии от эстонской улицы, поэтому шум трафика отсутствует. Из негатива: слабый wi-fi, по вечерам практически неработоспособен из-за недостаточной ширины канала, но мобильный интернет работает нормально
