What you would expect from a roadhouse on the Nullarbor. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The overuse of disinfectant in these rooms is overpowering and it took a couple of hours with the door open to get rid of most of it. Tea and coffee making facilities only. We bought pastries at the cafe for our breakfast the next morning rather than buying breakfast. The restaurant meal was excellent. Be prepared for other guests leaving around 6am.

We booked this hotel a week before we needed a room and on arrival we were greeted by someone who referred to me by name and couldn’t do enough to help with everything. Room has been renovated and had absolutely everything needed for an overnight stay. The absolute best this was the view. Straight out to the bight. Ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. A basic menu that could be considered expensive BUT $24.00 for nachos enough to share me between tow is good value in my book. Schnitzels were $30.00 and huge. Staff friendly and helpful, thank you. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here if we drive the nullabor again.

My car broke down, just outside of Eucla, and I managed to limp back to the Eucla Motor Hotel, where I was stuck for a few days waiting for RAC to assess the car and next steps. A very stressful experience was made bearable only because of the kindness and thoughtfulness of staff, who quickly renewed my booking for the next few nights and suggested some things to do to spend the time. Things sometimes go wrong along the road and this location - one of the most remote in the country - it is nice to know there are people who care. Thank you very much.

After a long drive from Norseman this was a nice little oasis to stay for the night. The room we had was recently renovated, clean, comfortable and the bed was awesome. From the outside it looked like a prison block but don't be deceived. Close by was the old telegraph station and the Eucla Jetty. Yes, the rooms and food were subject to higher prices, but the previous reviews/complaints are probably unwarranted noting the location of the place (in the absolute middle of nowhere). The staff were friendly, and the food was reasonable.

Most expensive along the Nullabor... Very basic rooms with painted besablock walls... Bathrooms at least had been renovated... Note the 45min timezone difference...will close reception if you are late after 9pm and you won't get your room.

I loved this stay. We only spent the night but it felt like we had dropped off the Earth and onto our own planet. It was cold and miserable but the mood and warmth of the restaurant and bar was very welcome. The food was great and especially the pastry we took away for the trip back home. I will do this again in Summer and make full use of the pool.

Stayed at the caravan park which is all gravel sites with shade and some even have ocean views. $30 powered p night. No water. Camp kitchen. Most sites enable you to stay hooked up. Amenities are old but very clean. Washing machine. A couple of small clean camp kitchens. 300 metre walk to restaurant. We ate and had a great meal, others seemed to be hit and miss. The time change gets to you a bit if coming from the East! Licenced with takeaway available. Very quiet which was a nice change for the Nullarbor.

By far the best place to stay whilst travelling from Adelaide to Perth across the Nullarbor. Motel room clean fresh and modern. Lovely bush and sea view from window. Pet friendly room excellent. Food at the pub very good. Lovely grounds. Great pool for warmer months. Nice staff. Lots of history to explore.
