Graduate Eugene

This is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.

After two travel days driving I needed a comfortable, quiet great night of sleep. Done!!! Excellent coffee in the morning too. This will be our go-to hotel from now on!

Loves the decor, the bar tender was amazing and friendly. Overall if I have to make another overnight trip to Eugene this is on my short list of places to stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Convenient! Friendly and helpful customer service! Chris, at the Trophy Room, makes the best margaritas in town!

I found the parking garage to be a bit of a nuisance. I paid for overnight parking with in and out privileges. However to get let back in and back out I had to call for assistance every time. A little irritating when you are leaving and returning at 2:30 and 4:00 in the morning from the airport. They need to work on that. Other than this issue, it was fine.

10/10 for looking great but the room smelled musty and old - not good for people with asthma & allergies. Also, make sure there is an anti-slip mat in the bath/shower as the old anti-slip dots that was on the bath/shower is very old and does not work - our child slipped the second he put his foot in.

I felt like this hotel was extremely over- priced and the amenities were less than desirable. Unacceptable to only off instant coffee for 2 people. There were not enough glasses or even disposable cups & only 2 flimsy paper cups for coffee even if you wanted to make a cup. Most hotels offer a descent complimentary breakfast to start the day. Absolutely ZERO! One of our adjoining rooms (826) the bathroom smelt of mildew which is because the housekeeper was inadequately cleaning her mops & reusing dirty mops to clean the floor. The decor was hideous in the bathroom & shower. This hotel was much better when it was operated by Hilton. No hospitality rooms available on any floors. I was totally unimpressed and would never recommend anyone to stay there. Gloria at reception checked us in. She was the only exceptional staff person who knew what she was doing. Alex also was very helpful when I popped in earlier in the week to request rooms to be assigned with our group to be on the same floor. He took care of that for us and got us all assigned & adjoined together. I really appreciated him doing that for us. Other than all of the above your corporation only wants to cater to teenagers & college students who have no clue of what to expect when they need to reserve accommodation for over night stays. Next time Satin Love books a show at the Graduate I will be reserving elsewhere.

Staff not helpful. Small bathrooms mold behind the wall paper. Bathroom drain is clogged almost every time I stay.

I really liked all the unique painting lamps all the little tidbits. Check in was friendly
