We stayed here during the ice storm, as we didn’t have power in our house. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This is our 2nd stay at Inn on 5th; we returned because we enjoyed it so much the previous time. We liked our room better this time because with 2 queen beds there was more space, the bathroom had a better layout and we had a small balcony. The staff are exceptional and the location is ideal with great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Check in was at 3. I let them know in advance that I would be there at 4:30. When we arrived we were told we would have to wait in the lobby for an hour to have our room cleaned. We waited over an hour along with the other guests who were trying to check in. We were late to the Christmas party. We were not offered an upgrade. They said because I booked through *******. No offer of a discount or anything. This was a splurge for me as it is a high end hotel and it was very disappointing.

The hotel is lovely with friendly, helpful, responsive staff. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and just to get some exercise.

This hotel is very conveniently located surrounded by shops and restaurants in a safe walkable area. The hotel staff were were extremely helpful and accommodating when recommending restaurants and have a free shuttle to the airport which to my surprise was a nice 4 luxury vehicle and not a shuttle bus. The hotel is also pet friendly. The fireplace in the room made my stay especially comfy.
