El hotel está bien ubicado a dos minutos de Elizondo. Tiene buenas instalaciones. La habitación, aunque un poco antigua, pero muy limpia, ordenada y amplia. Un punto muy bueno, la piscina y las terracota. Lo recomiendo.

We hadn't book a room and arrived on spec as we had been visiting in the area and decided to spend the night away. Very friendly and helpful staff. They had one room left which was basic but comfortable. At 115 EURO we felt it was maybe a wee bit overpriced. It had a small balcony which looked onto a street and some trees. The bathroom was clean and functional. The best part of the hotel were the public areas which were many. Every floor had seating areas all displaying different art. There is a large outside swimming pool with a grassy area to sit on. There is also a cafe on the ground floor where we had coffee in the morning. The restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the portions of food were enormous. As a starter, I chose fish soup (which was delicious) and they left the tureen so you could help yourself to however much you wanted. My partner had a plate of ham which was piled high. This was part of a set menu for 20,91 EURO - three course, bread and a bottle of house wine. Very good value. Not the most attractive building from the outside but there was ample parking and definitely a good place to spend the night.

Hotel muy bonito pero con una atención pésima en el restaurante y en cafetería, poco profesionales, ante solicitudes de los comensales respondían riéndose entre ellos con total falta de respeto a los clientes. Mucho que mejorar en cuanto atención del personal

Hola buenas tardes. Hotel situado en un paraje muy bonito. A destacar la amabilidad del personal. En general creo que es caro para lo que ofrece. Creo que necesita una reparacion y puesta al día de alguna de las partes. En nuestra habitación los rodapies estaban desprendidos en más de una zona, Limpieza muy justa. El baño no tenía extractor. Instalaciones bastante obsoletas. Desayuno muy pobre para el precio.

Bien situado, buen precio.El recepcionista argentino es encantador, te ofrece información detallada sobre lugares interesantes para visitar en Elizondo. Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias. Tienen piscina y zonas verdes para disfrutar al aire libre. Ambiente agradable muy familiar.

Empiezo por lo bueno diciendo que la ubicación es perfecta para visitar todos los lugares del valle. El hotel está bien pero yo diría que para la relación calidad precio es caro. Ojo!! El precio que pone en web varía a la hora de hacer la confirmación de reserva. Solicitamos explicaciones en recepción y tampoco obtuvimos respuesta convincente. Simplemente nos confirmaron que había clientes que ya se habían quejado antes por esta diferencia a la hora del pago.

Hotel très classe mais pas adapté pour les Français, à part deux personnes qui maîtrisent notre langue donc pas de TV Française on ne peut pas modifier et piscine très sale impraticable au mois de juin grande chaleur, un point d'honneur au personnel attentif en particulier aux serveuses de la cafétéria qui font tout pour vous satisfaire après le passage au petit déjeuner de cars de tourisme qui ont dévalisé le buffet
