My wife and I love staying here. All of the care of a fine bed and breakfast. Service is personal and attentive. We have been staying here for the past five years.. Quiet location on the ridge. The Asian restaurant across the street is excellent.

We loved Evening Shade Inn. The room was spacious & immaculately clean. The host was friendly and warm. Breakfast was very good & delivered to the room each morning at a time we requested. There was great attention to detail and the bed was comfortable. The room was actually like a suite with everything need provided for. My only negatives were that the curb appeal was lacking with weeds and overgrown plants and the ice machine was out of order the whole time. I world suggest putting small ice trays in the freezer on the small fridge to meet that need.

You’ll love the back porch if you stay in the cabins. The hosts are fantastic. Basically you’re wishing a mile of downtown and the tram is easily accessible. Highly recommended. There is a restaurant next door which has a mixed menu so everyone can be satisfied. The bed was super comfortable and the whirlpool tub my wife loved loved loved. It’s remarkably private for being close to the road. Recommended. Note- they provide real coffee for the small coffee pot. Not the premature package things of other places.

Owners awesome. Breakfast so nice. This was an amazing place. Dated decor in cottages but amenities and service made up for it. We will definitely stay here again. Cleanliness was just off the charts great!!!

A lovely hotel if you are in the area this is your hotel. Recommended. In the area within an hour there are lots of attractions and entertainment, the hotel owners provide the service and of course amazing treatment, very clean and above all an experience that you will not find anywhere, certainly not in this area. In conclusion, highly recommended.

Evening Shade Inn B&Tea is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. A place where lifelong memories are made. Our trip to Eureka Springs was great and our stay at the Evening Shade Inn was the crowing touch, we are so glad we made the choice to stay at this gem of a B&B. You simply could not ask for a better experience. From the time we arrived and checked in to the morning we left our stay was superb in every way. The setting just off the main road into town was quiet and enchanting, our room/cabin was perfectly prepared and spotlessly clean. The hosts (Shawn and Shira) are wonderful, and are obviously dedicated to providing their guests with an outstanding stay. We would not hesitate to give the Evening Shade Inn B&Tea our very highest recommendation. If you are planning a stay in the Eureka Springs area (a really fun and interesting area by the way) you will be doing yourself a favor by staying at this wonderful place!
