"Positives: The front desk staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was quite tasty. The gym was very good with excellent facilities. Aspects for improvement: The bathroom had standing water after showering and lacked underground drainage. Rooms on the west side could hear the train, but it was fine since there were no subways running at night. Rooms are not cleaned by default, so you need to notify us if you want them to be cleaned."

"I've stayed here twice with my dog while attending weekend classes at Northwestern. The location is very convenient, which I appreciate. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Both times I’ve found hair on the towels and pillows, which is disappointing. I always pay the extra pet fee for my miniature poodle (who doesn’t shed, by the way), and I’m happy to do so—but it’s frustrating that this fee doesn’t seem to go toward maintaining a cleaner room. I hope the housekeeping standards improve, because this hotel has a lot of potential otherwise."
