Great location in South Bank - walkable to the CBD (20 mins), nice restaurants and supermarkets.
Free visitor parking for 4hrs was handy.

Convenient for access to south bank and city area. Fuss free check in though I arrived in the middle of the night. Would recommend.

The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away
The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in
Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment.
I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again

Not a very good experience:
1. Dirt on the bed
2. The stench in the hallway is so bad that you can sometimes smell it from inside the house
3. Slippers and other supplies are not provided
If you are a family and want to stay for a while, you may like the large space of the hotel. You will feel inconvenienced if you are just traveling by yourself .

Good location, close to South Brisbane train station and bus terminal.
It's a little confusing when you are checking in when the physical reception is closed. However you can call a phone number and they will guide you to your key of the room.
Swimming pool and gym available
The apartment is nice and ours had a balcony.
Airconditioning is great.
