Avoid this hotel. The reception staff is unpleasant and extremely aggressive.
They removed all my personal belongings from the room, claiming I hadn't paid. This is simply unacceptable. No rooms available, so I had to contact management to find a solution. It was a truly incredible experience.

The hotel entrance was a little hard to find, but the front desk staff were very helpful and there were few other guests, so it was very quiet and nice.

We arrived late, around 10 p.m. and it was nice to have a receptionist rather than a screen.
What's more, this young woman was very welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are clean and rather comfortable for a direct kyriad, pleasant surprise.
The breakfast is ok and the welcome in the morning is always as warm.

Booked this thinking it was one of the revamped Campaniles (we have stayed here previously) Got there, car park gated, had to ring for the code, went to book in , no restauraunt - was permanently closed - only serving shop bought pizza. The guy behind the desk was brilliant, I felt sorry for him, he was really apologetic and explained he had tried several times to get the listing changed so that people weren't inconvenienced. Didn't get as far as the room so can't comment on that, the whole place had a air of delapidation about it so I was glad we could cancel. Shame on you parent company - get your act together.....

Very average just good for a night of passage the rooms are old the bedding is moderately comfortable soundproofing is zero and located next to the road, there is supposedly on the internet a restaurant which no longer exists "le campanile" positive point the parking lot is closed and apparently monitored...

Dilapidated room, air conditioning does not work, I slept in a refrigerator. The bathtub is chipped. Hot water almost non-existent. Cracked sink. Dirty and worn carpet. Television does not work with the remote control. No dispenser for toilet paper. Really very mediocre. I won't go to your house anymore.

Dirty and very poorly soundproofed room with the bare minimum. It feels like we're next to a highway. Old furniture. Filthy bathroom. I do not recommend at all. Simple and light breakfast.

Reservation for a group of 20 people with a set menu. So we were expected… Exorbitant price for frozen food!!! Or tin can? result plate not finished! Unanimous disappointment Starter main course dessert for a nice addition of around 30 euros without drink
