I would like to share my accommodation experience. Unfortunately, this hotel is not sufficiently modern, and the quality of service is low. There's not even a bellboy to carry the luggage, which can be really tiring especially after long journeys.
Another disappointment I had with the hotel staff was their attitude and behavior. Even a simple greeting was left unanswered, and they didn't have much of an expression on their faces. This was not a pleasant welcome experience at all.
Considering its location and the quality of service it offers, the prices of the hotel are high. It's possible to find many other hotels in a similar area that can provide better service for a more reasonable fee.
The service I received from this hotel created dissatisfaction and unfortunately, I will not choose it again.

Dedeağaçta konaklamak için en güzel ve keyifli seçenek. İki defa konakladık . Yine tercih edeceğimiz, kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetli, odaları temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte eşsiz bir otel.

Biz 2 aile kaldık. Diger arkadaşların odasında bedava su vardi.bizim oda da yoktu. Bunu resepsiyona sorduğumuzda ' bedava su istiyorsanız çeşmeden için ' diye bir yanit aldik ve şok olduk. Bu yanıltan dolayı bir daha bu otelde kalmayacağım.

Deniz manzaralı oda tercih etmiştik. Alt kat endip taraftan kısmı deniz gören bir oda verdiler. Oda manzarası kötüydü.
