整體不錯，但是房間光線太暗。衞生間花灑噴頭堵住，下水不利，也沒有沖澡的拖鞋。早餐一般，但是牛肉粉味道很不錯。

路過鄂州，選擇了温德姆，搞不清是不是連鎖，感覺温德姆之間差別很大。酒店位置不錯，周邊吃飯、購物都很方便。前台給升級了房間，好評。早餐比較豐富。酒店設施還可以，但維護不太好，頂噴很大，但就是噴不到身上。

非常滿意這一次的入住體驗，服務周到貼心細緻。每一位服務員都非常熱情友好，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，而且非常舒適。酒店早餐也非常豐富，味道很好。位置也很好，交通非常便捷，靠近吾悦廣場和馳恆廣場，那邊有很多小吃，選擇很多。酒店還有配套的健身房！還能機器人送東西服務！非常好👍

酒店的漂亮小姐姐前台服務很熱情，做續住衞生的客房阿姨很貼心，房間收拾的整整齊齊，乾乾淨淨，早餐的種類繁多，麪食最得喜愛，退房離開酒店的時候保安還會幫忙拿行李，看的出來酒店的管理很不錯！下次還會再來的。
