酒店前台小姐姐服務態度特別好特別熱情，酒店設施齊全，環境也很好，也很乾凈，高端大氣上檔次，是我想要的感覺，已經住過很多次了，酒店必選榜單第一名🥇

跟你們講個笑話，這個酒店就衹是外表看起來是那麼回事，房內細節一塌糊塗。
昨天入住後，在樓下水果店買了點水果，回到房間裏洗桃子，那個洗手池的龍頭就自己直接斷了（圖1），內置水管的水噴了幾米遠…把我全身衣服和煙、車鑰匙全都濕透了（圖2/3）把我全身噴濕了之後，下意識的往旁邊逃跑，由於地面被噴的全是水，地板超級滑 整個人側着身子摔倒在地…臀部側面摔腫了還流血了（圖4/5）
我真是無言以對…住酒店很多 很少寫差評，但這次真的忍不了。
雖然很煩 但沒有跟前台去發脾氣 臟字都沒有説一句，因為也不關她們的事情。就衹是喊人來把水龍頭修好了。
完事 實事求是的把經過寫出來讓大家看看
另外這事兒跟前台及服務人員都沒關係 她們都挺好的。

已經入住很多次了，酒店環境好，設施齊全，衞生做的很好，服務好的沒話説，前台工作態度好，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意，床上用品還有毛巾浴巾都很親膚，每次來鄂州都會住這個酒店，挺有格調的，和別的酒店裝修風格都不一樣，不輸五星級酒店

這家不論是房間大小，還是配套設施都是性價比最高的，房間層高很棒空間大，前台小姐姐服務很好，房間都有提前開空調，進去很舒服，需要什麼物品也會幫忙提供，衞生也非常乾淨，很好推薦大家都來體驗一下

非常失望的一次入住體驗！酒店雖然地址位置還算不錯，交通比較便利，但設備問題實在太多。酒店大門的感應系統經常失靈，每次進出都得在門口反覆找角度，特別耽誤時間。房間淋浴間的噴頭出水不均勻，水流小，水温冷。後面換了房間依舊如此。空調運行時噪音大，晚上睡不好。斑馬窗簾遮光性私隱性差，出差臨時選了這家，體驗感不好，工作人員服務還是不錯的

前台工作人員熱情周到，看我們帶着小孩主動幫忙升級了房型，整個走廊寬敞安靜，衞生整潔乾淨，房間也很不錯窗户很大明亮整潔，床品很親膚，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空，窗簾的遮光效果非常好[強]
