Great spot off the highway to stop in the middle of a lake effect snow storm!!! Extremely friendly staff!! Very clean and cozy studio like rooms with a nice change up with hardwood floors instead or conventional 70’s hotel carpet. Rooms could use microwaves but great otherwise. The best lobby I’ve ever seen in a hotel!!!

Facilities: Not bad, there is a small gym open 24 hours. Free bottled water.
Hygiene: OK.
Environment: OK. There are no restaurants around, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the mall.
Service: Not bad

The hotel room facilities are very simple, clean and comfortable, and the night light in the toilet is very user-friendly! The curtains are unique too!
