I’ve been in this hotel for 3 nights, and everything was going well. Then on Tuesday, November 15th, Cody was working at the front desk, and her single handily ruined my whole experience. We went to ask if the coffee was complimentary, and he just waved his hand without even looking at us. I went outside and came back in, and I greeted everyone standing in the lobby, and Cody didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. He made me feel like I don’t belong here, and that’s not the service I’ve been receiving for the last two days. Cody needs to realize that no matter your personal views on another race, you leave that at home when you come to work. I paid good money to stay here, and I feel that I should be welcomed. Thanks to Cody, I no longer feel welcomed. Because of Cody, I don’t think that I’d recommend this hotel to my family or my friends. Thanks to all the other staff for making me feel welcomed, but that one act ruined it all. Thanks Cody, please seek help, we are not bad people, and we deserve to be treated like those guys that you acknowledged while I was in the lobby.

Not very clean for a Holiday Inn Express
The hallways, elevators and walls were noticeably dirty. The carpet in our room looked old and stained and in places frayed, but overall the room was clean. The beds were good and comfortable. The toilet would not flush on arrival. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

I liked the friendly service. Mataeus the front desk person was very accommodating and pleasant. That's your first impression of anywhere you stay and that was a 10! The good ratings continued for cleanliness in the rooms,pool areas and breakfast area. You couldn't have asked for more choices at the breakfast including fresh coffee from ground beans! We had a really nice stay.

Not handicap friendly. Two parking handicap . Long walk to get to room. Bathroom small ,sink outside of bathroom. No coffee pots in room. We stay at holiday express all the time was not thrilled with this won. Staff was friendly . Don’t think we would stay here when we come back up very hard on my legs and my husbands back the walki NG from parking lot.

When we checked in, the room they gave us, smelt like body odor. So they gave us a different room, and it had cookie crumbs on the counter.. When we left for the day, I told the housekeeper to change sheets and towels. We didn't have toilet paper and the rim under the toilet was black. Filthy. I told the front desk where we checked out.

The kids were running all over, we get that this is in the dells but the families should only be on the lower levels. The kids on the top floor used the hall as a race track …back and forth for hours. We asked for a top room and was told there wasn’t any. We did this for a reason.

We really loved the stau very friendly staff the rooms are clean and bed are so comfortable. The pool was very good too. And breakfast was awesome. I will stay tyere again and i do recommend this place

It was great overall, the only complaint i have which is small, but the mobile accessible shower smelled like sweat or just not too pleasant, but its minor. Overall good.
