Property stated it was a non-smoking property, and when we arrived the property smelt like smoke in the halls and throughout the property.In the parking lot there was cars with broken windows and throw-up in the parking lot.Staff was not really friendly or welcoming.Our room however did not smell like smoke but there was nail polish in out bathroom on the counter.

Amenities non existent. No hairdryer, had to ask for kitchen equipment, no inroom coffee, no outside sitting areas, room bare and very basic with no sitting area. No bathroom supplies. Towels old and thin.
No in-room maid service. AC very noisy. Overall a terrible hotel. Will never stay at ESA again.

Quiet and clean. Waited at front desk for 15 minutes for check in due to staffing shortage. Parking is well fenced, lighted, and feels secure. You get what you pay for; it’s still a economy, working class room.

It was nice. Construction ongoing during our stay, but was still very quiet. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay after a small issue with the room was brought to their attention.
