The place was great for families with small kids handy to the interstate food and activities other than the waterpark, however there are so many things that they sell that you'll wind up spending more on those things than your stay. It also cashless so before you know it you've spent a ton of $$. Also, in ******* write up they say the price you see is the price you pay including taxes and fees not so. Had to spend an additional $101 on parking 5 days. I can see paying for parking in a garage or downtown location but not for a suburban location just a lot! I don't mind spending but there is nothing more I hate than the additional fees where they nickel and dime you. Just give me the bottom-line price for the package. If I want to spend more when I'm there that's on me

Just spent two nights with my husband and 4 kids ranging from 6 to 16. The park had enough to keep all ages active but didn’t overwhelm and wasn’t as spread out as some others can be. Room was clean and ready when we arrived at 12:30 already, a nice surprise bonus. For the price, it’s great!

It wasn't really quiet. The room and hotel were clean. NO CASH of any kind allowed. Bathtub was cracked and wasn't installed properly. The bottom of the tub creaked louder than the shower itself. WAY OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT even with the included water park passes.

I don’t like the fact you have to pay for parking. We are not in Chicago. $20 a day for parking is a bit excessive.

The property wasn't bad but its showing signs of aging bad. Needs a lot more upkeep. Get rid of paid parking. As a guest staying with you i shouldn't hqve to pay tovpark my car in your lot that is ridiculous. I probably wont be back because of that.

Nice and clean stay despite the fact that we found some dried up gums on the walls around the kids cabin. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water park is clean and fun with no long lines.

Had a good time with friends during our stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. The room was nice and cozy. The indoor water park was on the small side, especially the Lazy River, but was still fun. Food and alcoholic beverages were good but expensive.

Nothing but a tourist cash trap don't go
Our stay was terrible. We booked through an affiliate site and they had no mention of a parking fee and then they text me on top of the parking fee that they already taxed when I first got there when I left an additional $3 everything is extremely overpriced they don't accept cash or anything you have to use a reverse ATM so they charge you for that the cards at the ATM don't work at the arcade half the water park was closed down and the parts that were open had a bunch of broken machines the vending machine on our Hall was broken I asked multiple times for someone to look into it and it's I didn't get any response The Staff was kind of rude and pushy and didn't seem to really understand the way out of their own park or the rules for their own water park got told a lot of contradicting things and several locations including the tornado water slide thing the wallpaper border along the ceiling in our room was coming down and the first night we were there a spider called up out of our whirlpool. If you don't buy an all-inclusive they will drip you dry definitely would not recommend

We’ll be coming back again!
Rooms were very clean. All staff we came in contact with were beyond friendly. Swim area is awesome. Well maintained property. Our kids had a blast. Close to a variety of dining options.
