Hotel is colonial style with very nice grounds. Feels safe with good security measures.

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.

The breakfast variety is not particularly rich, but the swimming pool and fitness facilities are complete. The hotel style is very good and the external environment is also good. Overall recommendation

I must describe it truthfully. 1 The air conditioner in the room was broken. It was very cold and rumbling when I turned it on high. It stopped working when I turned it on low. I couldn't use the air conditioner all night. 2 The sink was broken and the water couldn't go down. 3 The bed was too small, only 0.8 meters, and there was no place to sleep. 4 I booked two nights and paid for two days. I planned to refund one night because of the above problems. The hotel front desk said that it was not refundable and I had to stay. Ctrip negotiated with the merchant many times but failed. Later, the hotel called the police. The police asked me to submit various information and made all kinds of difficulties. It's ****.

British-style hotel with good service and good security

A perfect place for business & leisure trip, very certia and helpful staff, cleanliness is par above. Comfort level is outstanding.

It’s like stepping into a fairytale castle with the only difference being that the internet works perfectly. Otherwise, it's like traveling back in time. While the interior of the rooms is somewhat outdated, the calm and welcoming atmosphere more than compensates for it.

Please do not stay as not value for money if you are going with a TAG of Serena Hotel Islamabad as this is not even close to Hotel ONE. Staff is non-friendly and non-cooperative like a typical Govt. office workers

Worst 3 nights ever at Serena Faisalabad. My 1.5-month-old baby got severe allergies in the room and we had to rush her to the hospital. Housekeeping was careless, basic things like water and fruits came only after complaints, and the buffet was awful with staff repeatedly asking my room number while I tried to eat. Staff wasn’t rude, but definitely not hospitable. For Rs. 35k/night, this hotel is simply not worth it — please save your money and book elsewhere.

Rooms smell damp and moldy. Need better maintainace. Otherwise the lobby and grounds are very nice and staff is also great.

Unfortunately, based on my recent stay, I must say that the overall experience at Serena Hotel Faisalabad was very disappointing. I regret to inform you that, due to this experience, I will avoid staying at your hotel in the future. This was my fourth visit to Serena Faisalabad — this time with my wife and children — and it turned out to be the worst compared to all my previous stays. There was no one to receive or assist with our luggage upon arrival. the welcome drink was of extremely poor quality — in fact, it tasted so bad that I doubt anyone would enjoy it. I tried the Seasonal BBQ dinner, and I must say, the quality and variety of food did not match the price. For the cost, there were no premium items like mutton kebabs, tikkas, or chops. The buffet was basic and not worth the money. An additional flood relief amount was added to my bill without prior notice or consent. Why was this not communicated?

I have stayed in this hotel several times in last about 26 years. I find it to be the most peaceful and architecturally beautiful hotel in Pakistan. Overall quality of service and 'value for money' are excellent as well.
