Vic’s Place is a special project close to our hearts, designed to lap up the slow life here in Falcon Bay. This build has only just been completed in March 2025. Here, you have your own secluded space completely separate from our home, with your own private parking, entry, garden & patio area at the Granny Flat. A short 450m stroll to the beach & shops, everything you need is walking distance. We are located on a corner block which has allowed us to provide a completely seperate accomodation - this means you access your stay entirely from the front and are not required to walk through our property to get to yours like some other studio stays. We live onsite with our two children & are available to meet you & assist with your stay should you wish.
