6 of us stayed here from 28th October for 7 nights for my Dads 60th, firstly would like to thank the hotel for helping to organise the surprise in his room with a cake and a bottle of prosecco their email responses were fast and helpful and the staff made sure it happened so that was great. staff were great! reception team always willing to help no matter what the issue was, Paul was great when checking us in. I felt sorry for the day time entertainment team because you could see effort had gone into it but hardly anyone did anything, maybe because of the time of year and it wasn't that busy perhaps. however there was always something on during the day if you wanted to join in Firstly the hotel was stunning, me and my partner have travelled to a few good 4* hotels and this was right up there, I was shocked how good the price was considering for us in Birmingham it was still a school half-term (granted I expect it to be busier and more expensive in the summer months perhaps). Overall facilities were great we had sea view rooms which overlooked the pool also which were a nice touch, nobody was every really in the Lobby Bar inside so felt strange going in there, but the Pool bar was where the entertainment etc was so that was fine with lovely seating areas just further back up the steps. what I would say, as nice as the pool was it was by far the coldest pool I've stepped foot in, again granted it was October and I'm aware majority of outdoor pools abroad are cold however it was still around 30degrees and it was freezing so just a heads up. The posh beds that are built around the pool that you can see on the photos you have to pay for, I think the summer price was 20euros per day then October was 15 euros per day, you basically get waiter service, some ice cream and a fruit cocktail, you have a little remote which you can use to call over the waiter etc.. as of the 1st of November the beds are free even though I assume the hotel will shut soon after. One big thing the hotel need to sort out is the WIFI, in your room it is great, works perfectly (speaking for myself) however when you are in other areas of the hotel especially around the pool its shocking not even worth having it turned on, after about half a day I just started using my mobile data instead, definitely needs looking at. Hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels etc.. every day cleaning staff were also very friendly and happy to help. the fruit platter and bottle of wine was a nice touch also ( not sure if this was in every room) the sun loungers were also sprayed down every morning so nice a clean for the next person. The location was perfect, you are about a 9/10 minute taxi drive from Nissi beach which cost 15 euros for the 6 of us. you are pretty much right in the heart of Ayia Napa but as you're off the main road its still peaceful enough on the night which is great. The ***** starts at the end of the road and you have loads of bars/restaura
