房子打掃的很乾凈，家庭出行這個格局很合適，老闆推薦的海釣船長也很好，就是國慶價位很高。

一進門，就看見上一任客人用過的床單和毛巾還掛在陽台，首先太影響觀感，其次也不知道消毒了沒，所以廁所的毛巾也沒敢用，用的自帶洗臉巾。 房內沒有配礦泉水，衹能自己叫外賣了，燒水壺底部不僅是生銹，還黏着一層東西，不知道別的客人拿來煮啥了。 這個小區看着很少有人住，沒啥人氣，整棟樓都是空房，算是孤宅了，開進地下停車場車位都是空的，停車場也不開燈，晚上真的很黑，有點恐怖，感覺一整棟樓就我一個人住！天亮了才睡着。 我住的這間房防盜門的反鎖功能還是壞的，不安全。 房間裝修比較新，打掃也比較乾淨，但綜合體驗真比不上普通連鎖酒店。

房間的環境不太好被套不太乾淨，也沒有晾衣服的地方，而且我住進去的時候，應該是上個客人剛走洗的被套那些都晾在客廳被套上一股捂乾的那種臭味。

房間一般，主卧有一堆床單被套阿姨洗了忘記拿走吧，好大的味道，一夜沒睡好，第二次出遊選擇她家，這次有點失望。
