前台小姐姐服務態度非常棒！
電子鎖也方便。
帶着長者小孩住的，都表示很滿意，小朋友特別喜歡loft説下次還要住這裏，床也夠大。一堆孩子在客廳還可以安安靜靜看投影。熱水空調都合適。
最最要表揚的是我們忘了拿充電寶，小姐姐還主動幫我送回來了，人美心善感謝感謝。

應該給攜程投訴這家民宿，問題非常多：
我們是防城港線旅遊，沿途經過港口區這裏，看着好評還可以，就定了這家民宿，最後感覺到，這是整個旅行過程中，最差最差的民宿。
首先，衞生間馬桶漏水，我就定了一晚，明天早上就要離開，第二天能否修好與我也沒有任何關係了！説的都是沒用的話。
其次，熱水器沒有熱水不夠，長者洗澡洗了一半水就涼了，硬是把長者弄感冒了，感冒很麻煩，嚴重影響我們接下來的行程。
最後，房間是一層衹有2米高，白天把房子曬的又悶又熱，空調還不好用，冷風特別小，。最後我們衹好半開門睡覺了一夜。
這家民宿和宣傳嚴重不符，希望來往的遊客能看到這個評價，防城港民宿很多，千萬避坑這裏！
最後，防城港景色很美，但是這家民宿軟硬件都不配在這裏，真是破壞風景！價格也不便宜，
熱水器洗了一半就30多度了，沒有辦法洗澡，衞生間地面濕淋淋的，估計是馬桶裏流出來的臟水，想想就噁心。
