The home features a fully equipped kitchen and a private, enclosed backyard complete with a hot tub, lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a gas grill. This property is dog-friendly! The front porch has gates to keep your dogs secure, and there’s a mulched area in the enclosed courtyard for them to do their business. Please note, the courtyard is not fully enclosed—adventurous dogs may be able to hop onto the retaining wall and navigate around the fence. For their safety, we strongly recommend supervising them at all times. Other Things to Note You'll have access to a Grizzle EV charger for your convenience. Be aware that water pressure may occasionally fluctuate, though it quickly returns to normal. The fireplace is available for use from September through June. Please note that the outdoor shed is reserved for storage and is not accessible to guests.
