Not bad not good

Went for dinner with a view to booking a few nights at what seemed like an incredible hotel. Arranged details with Yuen hotel. Was left waiting Road side in pitch black for 30mins to be collected. Despite following instructions to a T. Picked up in a dirty scruffy open backed Jeep but no prob. Arrived in pitch black to be greeted with a lady with a mobile phone torch, which she used for herself. Luckily I had my phone with me due to arrangements to be collected, lucky as, my husband and I prefer to dine without phones. We made our way to our table full of high expectations after a shaky start. Sadly the only thing high are the prices. Again - good news we had a phone as menu is only accessible via a QR code - which seems a bit odd. If you are building a brand around being at one with nature - why make it essential to dine only with a phone? Really expected someone to ‘talk’ us over the menu, but no. We ordered and again were excited to eat? As prices are very high. We were served ‘crisps’ and a salad that consisted of leaves and a few slices of fruit to start with, (even though they were ordered with main) and tempura zucchini to start. Which arrived after main side dishes. It was disgusting. Ladened with old stale oil. I almost gagged and I am the least fussy person with food! The oil it was cooked in was burned and HORRIBLE! Chrisps where pushed on us, strange with a steak and we’re also cooked in old burned oil. Steak arrived. The waiter insisted on serving it but them left us for quite sometime while he went to attend to someone else who was paying their bill. Frustrating to watch your food going cold! It really didn’t matter as it was a poor cut of meat poorly executed. We fed it to the cats. The waiter watched us eat nothing and said nothing. I feel they know and don’t want to ask. We had been promised a look at the rooms as we wanted to stay, they are in the most magical location but are not worth anywhere near the price. The one we were shown had black mould all around the shower, they have a double bed and pretty much that’s it. I’m fine with that but not the mould. We were quoted €1,100 per night per couple. We asked for the bill. They asked if we enjoyed the food, we tried to be polite and said it was fine. When pushed my husband reluctantly said, ‘actually we didn’t enjoy it’. No response they just bundled us on the dusty truck without saying goodbye. Emailed with some polite feedback and have been ignored. The location is special. You can camp anywhere on that mountain and be happier! One final point - I was expecting ‘wellness’ the menu Is a lot deep fried. In the mini bars they serve Pringles and other such convenience food. I did not see one single ‘wellness’ thing about this place. Utter incompetence, and p*ss take! Try hotel unique in Fethiye or go to The Edge on air B&b this place doesn’t have a clue what it’s brand is or how to service clients.

Excellent location, very tasteful landscape, decoration and overall design with intricate details. Super helpful and professional staff with positive attitude. The breakfast and dinner selections were unique, presented with grace and very tasty. Would strongly recommend to couples for a unique getaway experience.

This place is amazingly romantic and picturesque. The rooms are original and neat. The bedding is wonderful. And our view was incredible. The hotel installed isolated, comfortable and romantic mattresses on the white rocks to sunbathe. The water is fabulously clear. We stayed at the hotel, as we did not find the surroundings really interesting… but you would not want to leave it ! The staff is really kind and willing. We will return !!

Very special location on the rocks and below the trees directly at the sea. Very beautiful and unique! You enter another world. We were hesitating when we realized that the rooms were made of wood and tent fabrics with no concrete walls, but they are very well built and our room (villa) was very clean and well maintained. We had a beautiful terrace with chairs, sunbeds and a small seawater jacuzzi. Very beautiful! Staff are very friendly. The only point we would recommend, is to make sure that the service staff changes uniform more frequently as many had stained trousers and shirts. Food was good and you enjoy breakfast and dinner with romantic sea views. A very special place, not like others. We will be back!

Dünya üstünde eşi benzeri olmayan bir atmosfer. Mutfaktan çok memnun kaldık, personel her zaman güler yüzlü ve daima bizi mutlu etmek için elinden geleni yaptı, hizmette sınır yoktu. Muhteşem bir deneyim yaşattığı için bütün ekibe teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.

Lack of service standard and food quality. The quality of food is one of the worst experience that I have ever had. The quality of the product is very low, many things are either stale or unavailable. When you comment on this, there is a management that responds to you in a nondescript way. Everywhere is full of flies and there is a constant lack of insect repellent . Staff management is non-existent. I have not seen a worse team than the service staff. Despite the wonderful view, good facility and atmosphere, we received service far below our expectations. Price quality index does not meet expectations, especially at customer relationships part. . There is a feeling of a business that is constantly trying to rip you off. Don't be fooled by social media and paid comments and throw your money away.

TEK KELİME İLE HARİKAYDI! İlk girişte çok tatlı bir karşılama ile Deniz bize eşlik etti ve tatlı bir gezinti ile tanıtım sonrası eşyalarımız odaya bırakıldı ve muhteşem odamıza yerleştik . Odaların içi gaye***onforlu klimalı ve herşey düşünülüp sizler için bırakılmış(sinek kovucu sprey bile). Her oda konseptinde jakuzi mevcut. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitli ve resturant ekibi oldukça ilgili 🙏🏻 Süleyman, Gökhan , Sayit bizler ile ilgilenmiş olup, sabah öğlen akşam kahvaltı havuz başı ve odaya taleplerimizde oldukça memnun kaldık. Havuza gelecek olursak denizi görüyor ve oldukça temiz(devir daim yapılıyor sürekli). Biz denizin dalgalı olduğu zamanlara denk geldik ama oldukça berrak ve temiz bir suya sahip ve her alanda oturup, güneşlenebileceğiniz şezlong ve salıncaklar mevcut. Güneş batımı manzara harika oluyor bar kısmında oturup güneşin batışını izleyerek birşeyler içebilirsiniz. Akşam yemeğine gelirsek her akşam değişik 3 ana yemek çıkarılıyor ama dilerseniz snack menüsünden de tercih yapabiliyorsunuz . Fiyatlar ortalamanın üstünde ama otel oldukça güzel ve Bali ambiyansına sahip. Ayrıca ücretsiz her akşam açık hava sinemasına katılım sağlayabilir ve yine belli günler belli saatlerde yoga ve atölye ( taş boyama) aktivitesine katılım sağlayabilirsiniz.
