The buffet breakfast was good. Room size is average. Swimming pool is very good. They also surprised me with a birthday cake

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to for a family function. While we were looking forward to celebrating this special occasion at your establishment, we unfortunately encountered several issues that impacted our experience. One of the most concerning issues involved the event and banquet teams, particularly a staff member named Chelsi Sharma from the events department.When my wife asked for information regarding the hotel amenities, she was provided with inaccurate guidance by Ms. Sharma. Not only was the information incorrect, but the manner in which she communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. Her attitude was unhelpful and rude, which made our experience even more frustrating. As customers, we expect the staff at a reputable hotel to be courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to assist in a polite and respectful manner, none of which were demonstrated during our interaction with Ms. Sharma Given the nature of our visit and the importance of the family function, we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the negative impact this had on our overall experience. It is my sincere hope that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the behavior of Ms. Sharma, as such actions reflect poorly on the hotel’s reputation and customer service standards.I kindly request that you look into this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not face similar challenges. I trust that you will address this matter promptly, as we value the quality of service at your hotel and hope to continue visiting in the future I will take this further to marriott head office. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

It was wholesome experience when I visited this place for the third time for a short 2 night stay for my wife’s birthday. The staff specially Mampi was very welcoming and wholeheartedly welcomes us while planning a good decoration for our room for the birthday surprise. Rispa from housekeeping team was very well behaved and she keeps the room very tidy despite all the ruckus my daughter did in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would like to recommend everyone to visit this place :)

We’ve been visiting Courtyard by Marriott Aravali since its pre-opening days and have stayed here around 6–7 times, usually for 3 to 6 nights each visit. It truly feels like our second home now! The food is outstanding every single time — full of flavor and variety. The service across restaurants and the resort is excellent, though room service can be a little slow on occasion. The spa is superb, offering some of the best massages we’ve experienced. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the resort has a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities for kids — from cycling, mini golf, chess, carrom, foosball, football, go-karting, and obstacle courses to pottery and horse buggy rides. The evening “Chaupal” is a highlight with snacks, tambola/housie, and lovely entertainment — perfect for families. We did face one uncomfortable stay when the property hosted a large official group with late-night dhol events and early morning cricket, which disturbed the otherwise serene atmosphere. So, it’s worth checking about group bookings before your visit. Overall, it remains our first choice in Delhi-NCR — fantastic food, excellent staff, fun activities, and beautifully designed family rooms with bunk beds for kids. A must-visit resort!

I had the best experience at courtyard by Marriott. I think this is the best place for kids. You can get them engaged in end number of activities. The staff is too good and friendly with kids. I just love the vibe here. Thank you for such a memorable stay 😊

We had a lovely time at Giggles with Tanvi and Manisha. Our kids enjoyed the hand painting and craft sessions. The high tea called where we played a lot of games and tambola
