The house was unlivable when purchased. The work on the house was centered on trying to reuse as much as possible. The house has a way to go for completion but is ready to rent.Located in a 1950's area of town. Home is centrally located in a Quiet Neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Go South for Old Town with local merchants and family-owned dining establishments. Or go East for a modern experience. Mostly chain restaurants and shopping. Also, the mall is located there. The other room has an adjustable bed. The living/dining room has WIFI, 65" TV, stereo system and small futon. Futon can be used for an extra bed. Cleaning fee has been removed. The cleaning fee was in place to discourage one-night stays. I have changed to a minimum of two-night stays. Pet fee has been removed. No more pets allowed at this time.
