Everything and more… super warm and inviting from the offset. I couldn’t have been more comfortable staying at this little gem. Highly recommend. The owner was hugely accommodating which just added to the experience. Will visit again soon!

All the previous reviews are correct, Devil's Cradle is exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. There were no problems locating the address and the standard of the accommodation was immaculate with attention to detail evident everywhere. Trish was the perfect welcoming host which we found so nice when compared to the impersonal nature of some accommodation these days. We could go on and on about how good Devil's Cradle is but other reviewers have covered this so well before. However, one thing that doesn't seem to have been mentioned in previous reviews is that this is not a new building; it has a very interesting history which, for us, just added to its charm. Thank you, Trish!

A cosy, unusual place to stay. Well equipped and stylish we had a restful couple of nights. Trish, the host, clearly knows what she is doing; helpful and friendly she made all the arrangements easy. Nice touches like good coffee, fresh milk and quality shampoos all added to the feeling that detail was important. So would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay at the cabin. Trish & Aaron are amazing hosts and make you feel very welcome. The cabin has everything you need. Will definitely come back for a third year. Excellent if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Great walks nearby.

It's the little extra touches that make the Devils Cradle stand out from the crowd. First of all there is a litre of fresh orange and a litre of milk in the fridge. Then there is the excellent selection of teas, plus ground coffee and coffee bags for the use of guests. And if you have forgotten cling film or tin foil, well of course there is that waiting for you as well. In terms of self catering, the kitchen has everything you could want, including a good selection of pans, plus a range of sharp knives. The bed is lovely and comfy, there are fluffy robes and towels in the bathroom, and as others have said, Trish is an excellent host. This property undoubtedly deserves its 5 star rating.

I would like to confirm all the other positive reviews, my Wife and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it it. The accommodation was lovely, we had the B&B package which was superb and if you’re a golfer Hankley Common and Hindhead are only ten minutes away.

What a wonderfully beautiful little cabin, very well equipped and extremely well cleaned and cared for. The double mattress is as soft as a cloud and you will find sink into it very comfy. A selection of coffee, tea, cereals, fresh local juice and milk as well as condiments sauces foil and all you will need. Very efficient underfloor heating,also sky TV. The shower and Bath are both very clean and modern. Nothing is too much trouble for Trish, the owner, who recommended the nice pubs nearby. Also a great dog walking area over the road called the devils jump, super view from the top. Frensham pond is also great and very close. Trish recommended the Holly Bush in Frensham very good pub and we found The Cyder house pub in Godalming. We have already rebooked for later in the year. You will struggle to find a nicer place with a friendlier host in Trish. Thanks again

Fantastic little find! Clean comfy and well equipped! Everything was working well and under floor heating was so lovely after a long walk! Definitely worth a stay! Trish is also so lovely and accommodating . Helped with any questions about the lodge but also surrounding area

What a lovely B&B. We just got back yesterday from a 2 night stay at the lovely lodge. Very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The interior design is very imaginative and warm with a lovely outside terrace. Shower room was great with lots of fluffy towels. We didn’t get to meet our host but Trish was very helpful at all times via email and phone. A lovely lady. Parking available. Close to pubs and 10 minutes away from main high street with lovely cafes. Highly recommended and we would love to go back one day.
