入住體驗非常非常糟糕。冬天意大利南部陰冷潮濕，房間裏面的被褥枕頭全部是濕乎乎的，根本無法使用。客棧衹有三套房間，長期沒有客人入住，空調暖風也沒有打開，房間裏面陰冷潮濕。客棧前台卻説這是正常的，當即決定離開酒店。費用問題由攜程妥善處理了。客棧沒有游泳池，宣傳有些誇大。我是半個月前預訂的，也告知了當天具體入住時間，客棧明知客人要入住，也沒做好供暖和除濕的工作。後來住進旁邊的酒店，這些工作都做的非常到位。

Dårlig totalopplevelse feil beskrivelse av rom
I beskrivelsen står det at rommet er på 30kvm med separat soverom og oppholdsrom. Det stemmer ikke, det var kun et soverom med en dårlig fungerende støyende aircondition. Bildene stemmer ikke i det hele tatt. Vi ble vekket kl 0615 av folk som kom på jobb for å ordne frokost etc. basseng og beliggenhet var det eneste som stemte med beskrivelse og bilder. Vi valgte å flytte til et annet hotell, og forventer å få igjen penger da dette ikke var et rom med soverom og oppholdsrom som beskrevet.
