Lieu incontournable sur Fayence à visiter absolument !! Concept original mais très sympa avec un menu unique composé d'une succession d'entrées plats et desserts. (À la mode italienne) Une cuisine excellente et très goûteuse mélangeant la Provence et l'Italie. Les hôtes sont très accueillants disponibles et bienveillants. Merci pour ce super voyage gustatif. Je vous le recommande à 100%.

Grandeur et décadence. Plus aucune réception. Récupération des clés par boîte à clé. Restaurant fermé. (cela précisé seulement par message de l’établissement apres confirmation de la réservation « non annulable » par BOOKING. Climatisation soufflant de l’air chaud. Innondation de la salle de bain cause bonde bouchée et absence d’étanchéité des parois. Et bien entendu aucune permanence téléphonique pour signaler le problème et le résoudre.

Un très bon séjour passé dans ce vieux moulin qui a gardé avec le temps son charme. L'accueil de la réception ainsi que le personnel de la salle du restaurant sont d'une grande gentillesse. Le rapport qualité/prix est nettement à la hauteur mais également la quantité dans nos assiettes est bien présente. Aussi beau que bon ! Magnifique cadre lorsqu'on profite de la piscine. Relaxant, plaisant, bref tout y est. Lieu à recommander de préférence pour les couples.

Très bel hotel dans un moulin. tout est parfait, le service, l'environnement, la décoration, le calme. Les chambres, meme les petites sont adorables. Les patrons sont accueillants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La situation est parfaite pour le circuits des villages perchés.

Un coffret box offert par des amis et un choix pas trop loin de chez nous. Nous avons été "surclassés" et nous en remerçions vivement la réceptionniste. Un endroit superbe et surtout surtout un personnel irréprochable a tous points de vue. Très attentifs et a l'écoute de leurs clients. Très belle chambre duplex, belle et bonne literie, café et thé a disposition. Encore merci pour ce très beau séjour dans cet établissement calme et reposant.

Très bel endroit.ancien Moulin très bien restauré. Notre chambre la Tourette,très propre accueillante, Le soir nous avons dîner, nous avons pris le menu le Moulin, simplement un régal. Produit de qualité, et de saison. Très bonnes saveurs, très bien présenté. Un très grand bravo au chef et toute sa brigade. Le personnel, très prévenant, et sympathique. Un lieu que je recommande vivement.
