Extremely bad experience. Hotel management is very rude and tricked me into getting a room. They showed me pictures of a nicer room and gave me worse. I booked hotel for two nights. I checked out after first night because of unwelcoming and disgusting room. Bed were dirty with blood stains in bedding, there was feces smear on the bathroom wall. AC was making loud noise and not cooling up the room. Room had litter in it and dust on carpet. Bathtub faucet was leaking and bathtub had residual hair in it. Towels had fecal stains on them. After bringing all these to the hotel managements attention, they quasi helped me by providing me different towels, and claiming the room will be cleaned next day. The manager told me to not use bathroom and sleep with the door closed so I don't hear the tap dripping. When I requested for a different room I was denied. After requesting to cancel my reservation, management denied my request. I paid for two nights and only stayed there for one. Highly recommend staying at other places than staying in this hell of a hotel.
