Super 8 by Wyndham Fayetteville

The room and the stairwell going down the steps to the lobby had infestation of roaches. The motel clerk said he could not refund me because i use a 3rd party like ******* to book the room. I told the front desk clerk to keep it and I will never use the Super 8 again

It was a great stay only complaint was bitter coffee other than that it was clean staff very friendly and helpful

We tried two different rooms. The first had stains on the bedspread and debris on the bedspread. The second had stains on the sheets and hairs IN the sheets -- which means it was made after being used, not washed. It was almost 2am, and still I decided to just leave and drive 45 minutes home. The guy at the front desk couldn't give me a refund (despite the rooms being fully refundable) and told me the manager would call me in the morning. I have my fingers crossed, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll probably have to fight to get a refund on a filthy room I didn't stay in. Absolutely awful.

THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS WERE GONE FROM THE DESK MOST OF THE TIME...GUESTS HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR ATTENTION I WAS MADE TO PAY $50 DEPOSIT IN CASE I TORE UP THE ROOM OR STOLD SOMETHING ATTENDENT SAID....THEN THIS BLACK MAN DID NOT CHECK FOR DAMAGES OR STOLEN ITEMS WHEN PEOPLE WERE CHECKING OUT...THIS WAS VERY INSULTING TO ME HOTEL PROMISED BREAKFAST BUT ALL THEY HAD WAS CEREAL AND ORANGE JUICED AND A LITTLE TUB OF YOGURT THEY RAN OUT OF COFFEE ALL THE TIME

Front desk clerk was not very friendly asked for ground floor told me he had noon and put us on the third floor.

In 70 years of traveling- this place was the worst. Room was never made up. We had to ask for towels. I was parked in handicapped spot - with handicap plaque displayed in plain sight and was woken up in night to move my car. I did NOT move it! Breakfast consisted of two kinds of stale cold cereal and. A dirty waffle maker. We ate in town. If I. Could get my money back I would. I would not ever ever recommend this particular facility.

The air conditioning didnt work, and whrn i asked to change rooms i was declined to do so. The so called continental breakfast that was served consisted of snack cakes. The towels were dirt and worn out. The manager had to come to my room and program the T.V. which had a scratch on it and i couldnt help but stare at it, the whole time i was watching T.V. very disappointed and disgusted.

Stool did not flush correctly, room floors were not clean, the bed platform closest to the bathrooms was very squeaky, advertized refrigerator, no place to plug it in unless you unplug the heat and cooling unit. Overall a dated property, needing remodeled

the staff were rude and not helpful, also they kept my deposit I will tell everyone that will listen that they are a bunch.
