Very clean, quirky hotel in perfect location. Walking distance to many restaraunts, bars, lounges on Dickson St. Only place to stay in Fayetteville no question.

This hotel is so cute!! The attention to detail was fantastic! Had food on 2 different occasions in the restaurant-super yummy and drinks were good. Bed super comfortable!

Fun hotel, small glitch We enjoyed our stay at the Graduate. The decor is different and fun and the lounge area has a great atmosphere. Our only real issue was the valet. We drove up in two cars and it took us asking him five times between us (he never answered my husband but I’m more persistent) to tell us the pricing of valet parking vs self park. I don’t know why there isn’t a sign with that info. After watching him park someone else’s car, we were glad we chose the self park option.

The AC turns in and off all night very distracting to sleep. Out dated needs a refresher! I also asked my next stay that I have already booked if I could change my room to a two queen bedroom and was not helped by the front desk staff.

Outstanding. Lovely decor. Great bed linens. Large room. Clean. Great area. Walkable area. Only negative was water too hot.

Great stay with friendly staff Very friendly front desk staff. Needed an extra hour and was granted a complimentary late check out. Thank you! We woke up to the farmer’s market right outside the hotel Saturday morning. We loved the location and convenience!!
