This is our 2nd stay at this property. Most TV channels not working and it took 7 days to get it fixed. The staff was apologetic. I like to make a suggestion on your breakfast to change it up a bit as a long term stay customer might not enjoy the same items everyday. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.

This room was well set up and immaculate. The area was good and near the SeaTac airport, plenty of parking and the breakfast was a great bonus! Service at the counter was fast and professional. I have traveled to the Northwest for years and I must say, this was the best value and really one of the nicest rooms I have had the pleasure of staying at. Overall this is an Excellent Hotel and well worth the money!

I stayed for two consecutive days, and the hotel did not clean and change towels every day. Didn't clean the room until check out. The sound insulation of the room is too poor.

I would have given a higher review but after I checked in I left my room for an hour at most and when I came back, my bag was gone and the shower was used. Apparently they double booked my room and someone had used it before they even realized. Supposedly it was a “computer issue” but that’s just unacceptable. I booked this room with plenty of time so they need to fix that. Other than that the experience was okay, I would not come back though.

I checked in on Thursday at 2 pm and TV had no remote plus all the cables of the tv were off. Told front desk my issue and left. Came back at 8 pm, nothing was done. Next day moved to another room with tv but heater was broken. Slept with my coat on. All next day didn't get fixed and last day got moved to my third room in one weekend stay. I was told general manager will call me on Monday but NO CALL! of course. I really can't say it was a good stay at this hotel. Front desk people were nice and embarrassed by this situation. I felt bad for them.

Pulled out one of the night stands to plug in phone and it was really dirty (bottle cap, loose m&ms on floor, LOTS of dust) so I would recommend doing a deep clean everyone once in a while? Otherwise, great rooms and excellent staff.

Nice motel….stayed there many times.
One small issue is that the wall thermostat was inoperative however, window unit controls worked.
