It's quite good. The room is very clean, but the soundproofing is average and the TV can't be tinkered with. However, the room is quite large, and there is free check-out until 2 pm. The facilities are also quite new.

The room was clean and the front desk lady was very nice. She delivered two more bottles of mineral water immediately after I asked her to. The only thing I could vaguely smell was the sewer smell in the bathroom.
