地理環境好，緊挨着六家畈、四頂山，離中廟也很近。黃昏登四頂山看平湖日落，夜晚到巢湖邊近看湖光月色，在六家畈解決餐食，都非常方便。房間（家庭房聽雨軒）比較有特色，仿徽式建築風格，房間空間很大，窗户很多，按説冬天會比較冷，但有空調和踢腳線暖氣，入住前店家早就貼心地打開空調暖氣預熱房間，所以雖是在早春山野之間，房間室內依然十分温暖舒適。早餐量很足（每人提供一套“九宮格”小吃拼盤，有雞蛋、鴨蛋、香腸、五穀雜糧等，還有一份主食是湯麪條、水餃二選一，還有牛奶），感覺一家三口衹吃得下兩人份。民宿還有農場、小童遊樂場、騎馬和卡丁車娛樂等周邊項目，民宿內公共區域規劃也比較完善。從合肥市內開車過來，單程不過40分鐘，適合小小放鬆一下。

出差順路在攜程上看到的，民宿環境不錯，建築風格很有特色，房間比較整潔，可能是淡季入住率不高，早餐需要增加種類。

園區內設備老舊，且收費不低！早餐一般，中餐一家人點了幾個菜，等了一個多小時。孩子餓的嗷嗷叫。房間隔音太差了，半夜十一點多新房客打鬧聲聽的清清楚楚，好不容易消停了，就在隔壁房間的打呼嚕的聲音吵了一夜！體驗太差了！

總的來説滿意的一次體驗。老闆幫忙升級了家庭房，房間很有特色，周圍的環境很舒服很自然，服務也很到位，總之值得推薦的一家好民宿。唯一美中不足是早餐的種類偏少

設施：很普通，如果有10分，設施2分，和普通招待所差不多，晚上的燈很多，影響睡眠，另外杯子枕頭也不舒服，蚊蟲超級多，各種蟲，帶孩子的千萬別來衞生：阿姨打掃了，還可以，有蟲子，房間挑高很低，風水不好環境：外面環境還可以服務：如果是10分，給0分，自己服務自己，早餐品類可以不多，但是起來遲了8點多就沒有了，而且服務員要水，還另外收費10元一瓶
