Right at the airport, with a direct covered walkway. It's much cheaper to spend a night here during a layover in London than staying in the city center. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; it was really good! Even better and more varied than what you'd find downtown! Plus, the family room was excellent value for money. An added bonus of staying near the airport is its proximity to Windsor; an Uber ride is about 25 pounds, so you can easily spend half a day there before heading back to the city.
Extremely convenient, whether it's getting from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the bus station. It's clean and comfortable, and the mattress is on the firmer side. There's a direct, covered walkway from the airport to the hotel, and the distance is quite manageable. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a Costa Coffee downstairs.
Great budget choice convenient to airport, also buses to Kingston etc. Neat and clean with helpful courteous staff, it’s better than many more expensive outfits serving Heathrow. Tesco minimart nearby for any extra needs. Also a nice cafe bar area. Recommended!

I stayed at the Best Western Ariel for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it was a solid choice for convenience. The location is great — only a few minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and there's a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with my late arrival.
The room was compact but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfy bed, decent shower, and a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it served its purpose well. The soundproofing was surprisingly good considering the proximity to the airport — I barely heard any planes.
Only downside was the breakfast — it felt a bit basic for the price. Also, the decor is a bit dated, but again, for a one-night airport stopover, it’s totally fine.
Would stay again if I need to be close to Heathrow!
What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river.
The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh.
We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us.
We will definitely come back again.
Near Heathrow Airport, and the airplane noise from takeoffs and landings was acceptable. However, the soundproofing between floors is poor. Every morning from around 4 AM, there was constant noise from upstairs, which really disrupted my sleep. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, breakfast offered a good variety, and dinner was absolutely amazing – definitely recommend booking a package that includes dinner to try it out.
I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Heathrow and found it to be a great choice. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the staff friendly and attentive, and the on-site dining options diverse and delicious. Its convenient location near the airport makes it perfect for travelers. Highly recommend!
Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
