Fengcheng Hotel

It was a really bad experience at the hotel front desk. The check-in process was very slow, which was really strange. The deposits for 4 rooms had to be paid separately, and the invoices had to be made separately and signed one by one. It was really bad. This was the first time I experienced a front desk check-in like this. It took at least half an hour. The most speechless thing was the check-out this morning. It was so slow again. It took a long time to issue the invoice. They asked me how much it was, but you couldn't find it. I don't remember how much it was in total for 4 rooms. It ruined my mood. The most speechless thing is the refund of the deposit. I said it was not refunded, but they insisted that it was refunded and asked me to check it myself. This attitude is really terrible. Finally, I found that there was a room that I did not check out, so all the deposits were not refunded. I wonder if your front desk has not been trained.

一個字老！無論是酒店建築，裝修，酒店前台接待還是保安師傅都經過了歲月的洗禮。前天接待大媽很冰冷，像極了國企招待所員工，保安大爺躺着賺錢，我們第一次路過來入住無論是進停車場還是停好車還是找酒店入口他屁股都不帶抬的，和另一個大爺在一起嘮嗑。房間漆黑，設施設備也是漆黑，趕路晚上臨時歇個腳勉強可以。

位置優越，乾淨衞生，房間寬敞，入住率高，門面大氣，設備齊全，登高望遠，環境優雅，經營正規，下次再來！

酒店地理位置不錯，離鳳凰湖很近，樓下美食很多，前台服務很好，但除了前台服務員和門衞大叔，其餘人真的很一般，設施陳舊，個別房間的枱燈和落地燈存在安全隱患，望店家重視，有停車場停車很方便，早餐中規中矩吃飽沒問題！

設施：酒店整體不錯，設施稍微有點舊。 衞生：衞生不錯，挺乾淨的。 環境：環境不錯，窗户旁就是山。 服務：早餐是早餐票的形式，還可以。

周圍環境優美，交通便利，距離鳳凰湖景區近。
