河景房感覺不錯，浴室內有置物架的位置但沒安裝，不太方便，淋浴軟連接接口漏水了，需要維修了，浴室門不嚴，地面跑水，衞生和員工服務態度都很温暖，早餐可口，雖然設施上有待提升，但打卡鳳凰山順利，喜歡這座城市，全部點亮五顆星。（朋友還落下一件外套，也幫忙郵寄了）

臟，哪哪都臟。樓層走廊地毯臟不忍睹，房間地面有不知道哪波客人留下的瓜子片，而且明顯是很長時間沒擦沒掃。桌面用紙擦臟呼呼的，熱水壺臟，牆角發黴，電話都是灰，馬桶墊臟。

沒有停車場，都是馬路邊上自己去找車位，停車費勁，那是相當的費勁啦；其他的都挺好！早餐價格很合理，十元一位。紫薯小豆沙包挺好吃的，雞蛋和粥都挺好的。
