不知道該怎麼説 環境太差了 晚上太吵了 如果有考試的儘量選個安靜的酒店吧 酒店的水每次都要放很久才會是乾淨的水 一分錢一分貨吧

衞生還行，位置好找，當時的房間電子鎖有一點問題，出去幾次回來打掃衞生的阿姨也來幫忙開房門，很熱情。但是你們的前台這些真的應該好好培訓下，服務態度差得要死，19號中午來入住，給我辦的房間旁邊有一個吃飯的包間和廁所，我入住的時候怎麼不給我講一聲吃飯時間可能有點吵？下午六點左右我打電話諮詢前台，這女的就來一句沒房間了，最開始還講我是昨天入住的前台沒給我講，明明就是你辦理的現在又甩鍋？後面她又講最多十一二點就結束。真服了那我不如不住。後面我又下去找前台，又正好碰到她在給其他人吐槽學我説話。打電話給你是讓你解決問題，不是聽你抱歉的，沒一點服務意識來當什麼前台。

定了一天一晚的，衹住了一個小時進來就點了外賣吃，環境差 ，床上幾根毛髮還有不名毛髮，打電話給前台問能不能退錢，説我們進來一個小時了不能再退了，最後決定直接退房不要錢。後面上來一個所謂的負責人態度差的要死直接説出你們進來一個小時啦怎麼知道是不是你們脱的衣服掉的私密部位毛髮並且被威脅説打什麼什麼局電話，叫人來，真的6，最後一毛錢沒退（私密部位的毛髮沒有拍到，用紙巾弄掉到地板上找不到了）除了後面上來那個老闆娘態度和善些，總之體驗感真的很差。最後去了旁邊的雅斯特酒店，價錢貴了50左右，但是這個酒店環境跟雅斯特比就是一個天上一個地上，住了不少酒店，第一次碰見這種。
