This hotel is perfectly located right by the Tuojiang River, on the lower reaches of Fenghuang Ancient Town, making it super convenient for exploring the town or grabbing a bite. From my room, I could open the window and enjoy stunning day and night views of the ancient city and the river. The room itself was very spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I had a fantastic experience!

Hotel is fantastic good . Location right beside the downstream of the river but provided free shuttle service to tourism centre and optional with 15mins river walk. Hotel room is clean and provided every little needs during stay , view from balcony very nice , quiet zone. Customer service 👍👍, fast response , assist in arranging transit from station to hotel both ways . All staffs are friendly with smiling face . Our family is happy during our stay .

The environment is top-notch, with stunning river views! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were very new, and the service was attentive. I had a very comfortable stay this time; it's a great place to relax and unwind. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Five-star rating!

Fantastic place! We stayed here during the Chinese New Year, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast spread was excellent too. It's actually not a long walk along the river to Hongqiao, but the hotel thoughtfully provides shuttle service there. They even gave us a lovely parting gift when we checked out – so considerate!
