Very good. The staff were helpful and translated all the instructions to English when showing us the room. The room was spacious with great air conditioning and really incredible view. There was music till 11:30pm at night at all the surrounding bars . The staff warned us. This was not a problem for us as we only had the music to worry about for one evening. The location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and bars.

A very cozy place with the perfect location in the middle of the town by the water. You'll get an amazing view on the river by the bend, full of lights, music and atmosphere. Also photoshoots happening sometimes right in front of the door. Very friendly owners who even gave us a gift when we left.
Room is small but has everything you need, even a complimentary water station. Very good lighting and just the atmosphere on the terrace is already worth it. Amazing!

We chose a riverside guesthouse in Fenghuang Ancient Town, and both its location and facilities were superb. It's conveniently close to major attractions and fantastic Hunan restaurants. We had a wonderful time capturing many beautiful photos of the picturesque scenery along our way. The absolute highlight was being able to order barbecue from downstairs and enjoy it on our hotel's scenic balcony. Our family loved the private, festive ambiance, making us feel like we had our own exclusive lounge with a view. This truly made our trip incredibly enjoyable.

The best hotel of my trip to China! Clean, affordable, and the two ladies at the check-in counter were always in a good mood! I've rarely met such nice people. The entrance is a bit hidden. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the accommodation. But the view from the balcony is all the more impressive! I highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, to enter you have to go through a restaurant.
The room is right by the river which means beautiful view especially at night but also a lot of noise from the people visiting the city especially at night.
If you need a quiet stay is better another room.

This hotel is besides the river but have to go through steps and narrow uneven stone lanes to get there so if there are big luggage, won't be easy at all, also will likely need assistance from the hotel to find it too as it is behind a restaurant.
However the operators are very helpful and caring.
They even gave me some small treats as parting gifts
