The hotel changed to Wingate by Wyndham recently so the standard of accommodation is very good - very spacious & clean, using smart voice control. Breakfast is typical local style with some fruits & salad.
The service manager Xiao Mei was super friendly and helped to arrange a tour guide to bring us on a walking tour around the ancient town and take the river cruise and watch the “Border Town” show. As these are in different locations, we wouldn’t know how to get around on our own.
The hotel provided pick up and drop off service from the rail station in a new & spacious car which was excellent. The driver was very helpful in sharing info about the surroundings. Was surprised that the hotel gave us a nice bag of local snacks as a farewell gift
We visited in early Nov (off peak season) and the hotel rate was good. Highly recommended for the attractive price and outstanding service.

房間很大，床品舒服，衞生乾淨，是我這次旅行中最滿意的一家酒店。尤其是接送服務沒得説，車輛都是商務舒適（跟其它家接送車形成鮮明對比），服務態度特別好，本來不包含送站，當天免費送我們到站，開車司機都是年輕人很有禮貌。位置也便捷，出門一轉就到沱江邊，沿着江邊慢步，鬧中取靜，店裡有免費泡腳，行走一天回來泡個腳體驗感非常好。還有苗服體驗，我們在店裡拍攝了，價格挺公道，尤其是攝影師阿俊（好像這個名字）拍的特別好，很開心的一次旅行。

停車方便，位置不錯，和全季一個院子，酒店右轉出去就是江邊，可以沿着沱江一路向上逛古鎮，然後又從江另邊走回來，後面鳳凰祥子有表演，酒店旁可以遠觀，早餐衞生服務符合這個價格，國慶節相比於平時的價格，沒怎麼漲價，這個就很不錯了，非常適合自駕的朋友。

景色很美，隨手拍拍都很好看呀，空氣很清新，好久沒感受到這份愜意了。酒店裝修得很好看，別具一格，衞生打掃得乾淨，房間夠大沒有異味，我這土包子也是感受到了智能家居的魅力哈哈哈

地理位置好，我跟我老婆喜歡安靜，這邊正好符合，一個院子，晚上沿着沱江逛逛古城，看看古建築，散散心，真的好棒，酒店最近小淡季，也會送我們去虹橋那邊，哪裡是個酒吧區，那是真的熱鬧，適合玩，不適合住。逛逛，吃吃。鳳凰這個地方真的適合1，2個人散散心得。特別棒。酒店服務，設施設備也很好，最主要是安靜和新。

酒店附近景色也很美的，房間比想象的還要大，而且打掃的特別乾淨，設施齊全也很新，服務熱情周到，有求必應提供了免費接送服務，太貼心了！尤其是帶着孩子和行李省心不少，值得推薦
