Stayed two nights at this newly opened hotel in Fenghuang Ancient Town, and the lovely front desk staff upgraded our room – so thoughtful! It's super family-friendly, with the front desk providing tons of free snacks for the kids, which they absolutely loved. After a long day of sightseeing, we could enjoy a free foot soak, which was so relaxing and refreshing. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, with every detail considered. It offers excellent value for money. Staying here in Fenghuang is definitely worth it; I highly recommend it!

The room was excellent, quite spacious, and even had a balcony. The service was fantastic! We booked a standard room, but they saw we had a child and upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The air conditioning also heated up quickly, making it very suitable for families with kids. If we get the chance, we'll definitely stay here again next time. The best part is that it's difficult to get a Didi (ride-hailing service) in the local area, but they offer pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which was really convenient.
