The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located right above an attraction, and while it's a little bit away from the bustling old town, it's still convenient to get around. It's perfect for those who prefer a quiet stay! The service was very warm and welcoming! Definitely recommended.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right by the Tuojiang River in the middle-lower part of the ancient town! Getting around is super convenient. After getting off the maglev, the hotel even offers a pick-up service directly to the entrance! The front desk service was warm and attentive, especially our concierge, Keke. Seeing we had two kids, she even upgraded our room for free. It's so heartwarming to meet such a wonderful concierge when you're traveling. The hotel's facilities are also very new, clean, and tidy. You can open the window and see the Tuojiang River right there. Sitting on the balcony, sipping tea, and just relaxing was incredibly delightful! Breakfast was also very generous. Since we had an early high-speed train, they even thoughtfully reminded us to have breakfast ahead of time! All in all, this hotel provided so much emotional value that really made our trip enjoyable. If we ever get the chance to come back, this hotel will definitely be our first choice!

Absolutely top-notch! I rarely leave hotel reviews, but I just had to share my experience today. The hotel's environment and cleanliness were fantastic, exceeding my expectations. But what truly set this place apart was the absolutely superb service. The staff paid attention to every little detail, making us feel incredibly welcome. For instance, since it was my birthday check-in, they proactively arranged for a small cake to be delivered to our room, which was a lovely surprise! There were many other thoughtful service touches, but you really have to experience it for yourself. Definitely worth it! 👍👍👍

The front desk service was exceptional; they even helped arrange transportation to the Maglev station, which was a huge plus since ride-sharing apps aren't available here. Spending an evening or afternoon in their tearoom, facing the river, chatting, and relaxing was incredibly pleasant!

Our butler, Kele, was very attentive, and the recommended restaurants and tour routes were excellent.
