Travelled with my son but wouldn't book their twin bed as it was sold out. Butler 可乐upgraded us to the suite king bed instead. Everyone in the hotel provided good service.

Excellent location and service is top notch.
Only thing to note is the water in the shower that was switching from hot to cold for us.
Other than that it was the perfect place for our visit to Fenghuang ancient town.

Awesome view from room. Awesome food served at the hotel's restaurant. Room is very clean and the service staff (可乐) is very helpful. Always there to help and responsive on WeChat queries. The desk reception is also warm and friendly, she helped us arranged a full day guide for us which is very useful. We enjoyed the tour a lot and got to know a lot about Fenghuang and the Miao culture. The guide also brought us to the Miao Village (our highlight for the day) which we would not thought of going if not for her recommendation. Totally enjoyed our stay at Sulv Lianhua and would highly recommend anyone who is here for the first time to stay at this hotel.

A very beautiful hotel, the rooms have a stunning Chinese style design, would like to live here forever.
Also thank you very much to Butler Qinzi 私人管家琴子who was very kind and helped with anything I needed, so I had an absolutely stressful stay in the hotel, particularly in the morning with taxi

This hotel is not inside the old town but within walking distance to all main attractions. It’s at a quiet location surrounded by a few other hotels. View from the room is very nice just next to the river bank. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. We for a free upgrade due to off peak season with a big room with a separate living area.
I’d recommend this hotel to travellers into Fenghuang ancient town without hesitations.

This hotel is a good place for travellers.The room is big and comfortable with taditional Chinese furniture and high- grade service.Once I got there，I was attracted by the beauty of the Tuojiang River.From this room，I can enjoy the scenery of the low mountains and clouds，the shops and tourists walking along the thin roads.Delicious breakfast is served after 6:30am.You can have noodles 、eggs、vegetables、sausage、rice.There is also milk、soybean milk and porridge.I had a full breakfast today.Next time，I will choose this wonderful hotel.
