Xiangxi Grand Hotel

The location is good, just outside the ancient town, but it's a very short walk. The hotel has parking, which is definitely better than staying inside the ancient town during peak season. There's a shuttle bus stop right next door, which would be more convenient for those traveling by high-speed rail without a car. The hotel's facilities are decent. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but after trying a noodle shop by the road nearby, I realized that eating outside isn't necessarily better value or tastier. Maybe we just didn't find the right place, as the food quality was pretty much the same both inside and outside the hotel.

Excellent! The parking lot is quite spacious, and the security guards are always there to direct you. The hotel is very close to Fenghuang Ancient City, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel concierge even provided us with a travel guide. The hotel itself is quite clean, and it's not noisy at night. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.
